Starting at Fox River on the West Coast, this short but beautiful walk is a must!
Featuring 8 river crossings and West Coast jungle that makes you feel like you are in Jurassic Park. A quick 2 hours and you arrive at the Ballroom Overhang - there are plenty of tent sites if you plan on spending the night and many epic swimming holes along the track.
This is definitely a summer time track, when the river is low and the sun is shining. Would recommend bringing a walking pole to help keep you on your feet in the river, as well as some durable sandals to swap into from the crossings. This is also one of Emily’s childhood favourites 🌴
