BUSHLINE HUT, NELSON LAKES NATIONAL PARK
This is an awesome hike for someone wanting to introduce themselves to overnight hikes or for a kid friendly option!
Starting at Mount Robert car park at Lake Rotoiti you’ll find the steep but short climb leading you onto a ridge. Follow the ridge around the Mount Robert Circuit and you’ll find yourself looking over spectacular views of Lake Rotoiti and the Saint Arnaud Range.
The hut sleeps fourteen and has some nice spots around to pitch a tent ⛺️ give yourself around 1. 5 - 3 hours to get yourself to the hut. Once you arrive at the hut, sit back and enjoy the views 😎
